Salade nicoise
Pro 6 osob budete potřebovat: 1 hlávku salátu, 150 g zelených fazolek, 4 rajčata, 1 papriku, 15 černých oliv, 1 lžíci kaparů, 200 g tuňáku v oleji, 18 filetů ančoviček v oleji, 2 brambory, 1 cibuli, 2 vejce, 1 čajovou lžičku hořčice (nejlépe Dijonské), 2 lžíce vinného octu, 6 lžic olivového oleje, sůl, pepř.
Postup: 1 - Uvařte vejce natvrdo a brambory ve slupce. Očistěte papriku, nechte uvařit fazolky tak, aby byly křupavé; nakrájejte rajčata a vejce na čtvrtky.
2 - Omyjte salát. Oloupejte brambory a nakrájejte je na kolečka. Cibuli oloupejte a nakrájejte na tenké kroužky.
3 - Do misky nalijte hořčici, vinný ocet, přidejte sůl a pepř a za šlehání postupně přidávejte olivový olej. Vzniklou zálivku nalijte do salátové mísy. Přidejte salát, rajčata, papriku, fazolky, brambory, vejce, olivy, ančovičky, tuňáka, kapary a cibuli. Vše důkladně promíchejte. Před podáváním nechte uležet v lednici.
